Phyllo prawns with Sauvignon Blanc and Garlic Mayo, micro leaves and avocado salsa

Bruschetta with beetroot tzatziki, Parma ham and wild rocket and spiced balsamic reduction

Fresh Strawberries with feta mousse, deep fried basil leaves and black pepper

Citrus, coriander and vodka cured trout with dill mascarpone, pickled radishes and red cabbage chiffonade on toasted rye bread and black sesame seeds

6 Course Dinner

Smoked and grilled Vannamei prawn salad in a jar with seasonal baby salad leaves, green peas, crispy bacon, confit cherry tomatoes, carrot and cucumber ribbons served with a tangy mango vinaigrette

Deep fried Patagonia squid with smoked paprika mayonnaise, crumbled chorizo sausage, pan fried red and yellow peppers and micro leaves

Red Thai Chicken curry served with poppadums, tomato, onion and parsley salsa, peach chutney and coriander sauce served in small jars

Slow roasted coffee-rubbed pulled pork belly with piloncillo chocolate sauce, vanilla crème fraiche and toasted almond slivers

Whole beef filet on the braai with a wild mushroom sauce, caramelized onions, parsley and a red wine reduction

Deboned leg of lamb on the braai with a lemon and mustard marinade, roasted quinces, grilled green veg and an avocado bread sauce

Honey and cinnamon roasted pumpkin salad with toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled blue cheese and pomegranate rubies

Seasonal Red Salad – fresh strawberries, pan fried red pepper, oven roasted beetroot, pickled red onion, fresh radishes and a sweet tomato vinaigrette

Roasted baby potato salad with a sweet mustard mayonnaise, green peas and fresh chives

Parmesan and thyme bread with sundried tomato butter / rolled basil pesto pretzel rolls with garlic and parsley butter

Dessert table

Cheese tower – Selection of brie, camembert and blue cheese, biscuits, caramel popcorn, seasonal fruit, strawberries, salted caramel sauce, toffee apples, choc sticks

Cookie and Cream Parfait – crushed Oreo biscuits, whipped vanilla cream, chocolate mousse, chocolate and balsamic drizzle
